2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date are non-refundable. Weather-related rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of Roca Oaks Ranch.
3. Venue Use
Events are held outdoors only. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the area during and after the event.
Damage to the property, misuse of facilities, or violation of safety rules may result in additional charges or termination of the event.
