1. Booking and Payment

All event reservations at Roca Oaks Ranch must be confirmed in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your date. Full payment terms will be outlined during the booking process. Prices may vary depending on event type, guest count, and services requested.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date are non-refundable. Weather-related rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of Roca Oaks Ranch.

3. Venue Use

Events are held outdoors only. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the area during and after the event.

Damage to the property, misuse of facilities, or violation of safety rules may result in additional charges or termination of the event.

4. Liability

Roca Oaks Ranch is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or incidents occurring during your event. 

Guests participate at their own risk. We recommend that event organizers carry appropriate insurance if needed.

5. Animals and Nature

Our ranch includes live animals and natural terrain. Please be respectful and cautious when near horses, chickens, or any other features on the property. Children must be supervised at all times.

6. Photography and Media

By booking with Roca Oaks Ranch, you consent to the use of non-private event photography (excluding private shoots) for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
